We want Modiprompt Pro to be risk-free. The Free plan already gives you every feature with your own API key, so you can evaluate Modiprompt fully before paying anything. If you do upgrade and Pro isn’t right for you, here is exactly how refunds and cancellations work.

- Try everything free first. The Free (BYOK) plan includes all three modes, so you can test the product before subscribing.

- Cancel anytime. Pro stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
- We always refund accidental or duplicate charges, and we honor the consumer rights that apply to you.
Who you’re buying from (Merchant of Record)
Our order process and payments are handled by Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle is the seller of record for your Pro subscription and is responsible for billing, payment processing, and tax. A charge from Paddle (for example “Paddle.com”) may appear on your statement. The refunds described below are processed by Paddle on our behalf, and you can also contact Paddle’s buyer support directly through paddle.com.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you subscribe to Pro and decide within 14 days of your first payment that it isn’t for you, contact us and we’ll refund that payment in full — no questions asked. Because the Free plan already lets you use every feature with your own key, this window is here so you can try the “we manage the API key for you” convenience of Pro completely risk-free.
Cancelling your subscription
- You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or by emailing us.
- When you cancel, your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period — you simply won’t be charged again.
- There are no cancellation fees.
Renewals
Pro renews monthly. After the initial 14-day window, monthly renewal payments are generally non-refundable, because you can cancel at any point before a renewal to avoid the next charge. That said, if you were charged for a renewal you didn’t intend and haven’t used Pro during that period, email us — we’ll be reasonable.
Always refundable
Regardless of timing, we refund:
- Duplicate or accidental charges.
- Any charge made after a valid cancellation.
- Billing errors or amounts charged incorrectly.
- Cases where Pro was unusable due to a fault on our side that we could not resolve.
- Anything required by the consumer-protection laws that apply to you (for example, statutory rights in the EU or UK).
How to request a refund
Email hello@modiprompt.pro from your account email address, including the date and amount of the charge and, if you have it, the Paddle receipt or order number. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method, and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. We will revise the “Last updated” date above, and material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email.
